This hotel is located in a convenient area—in close proximity to a major museum and yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. the rooms are spacious and modern. the staff is helpful with any needs and the breakfast is delicious. the pool is a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
The pool may be a bit too close to the check-in desk for some people's comfort.

The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating of our late check-in. The location was convenient for exploring the area and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room, which was located on a higher floor. the hot water in the shower was not consistently powerful, which was a bit frustrating.

Spent my Christmas vacation at this hotel and was not disappointed. the location was great; walking distance to amazing restaurants and stores. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with a mini fridge and kettle for coffee or tea. the pool was a great bonus and clean. the breakfast was nice and filling with good options.
the Wi-Fi was not very good and slow at times.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and had great facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still very close to the center of the city and even near the S-21 Genocide museum. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had freshly made coffee, omelettes, yogurt, fruit. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel!
